These packages are our main suggestions and are adjustable for any venue. However, if you don't find something that fits your needs or your budget, or if you want a bespoke package, please send us your requirements and we will suggest a package according to your desires.

Terms and conditions

The booking policy together with the cancellation policy constitutes the entire agreement between our company and the Client. By booking our services the Client agrees to the policy of PLM Events.

Booking Policy

Bookings are confirmed after the deposit is paid.

The deposit required for booking is non-refundable.

The balance must be paid latest 3 days before the event. 

The payment of the non-refundable deposit reserves the DJ and any necessary equipment on the specific day and venue. Pre or after-wedding events on different days require an additional booking in case the DJ is needed. 

For better correspondence and organization, the event's planning process and all the info for services, timings, requirements, additional features, etc must be sent and confirmed in writing via email.

The DJ has to provide musical entertainment and sound and lighting equipment according to the client's chosen package. Extra sound and lighting equipment are available upon request at additional cost. 

Client requests for extended performance time during the event will be accommodated only when feasible. Payment takes place at the time of the request in cash. The overtime fee is €100/per hour.

If the Client has booked other entertainers such as singers or musicians, and they require equipment or to use DJ's sound system, a fee for the equipment hire or the sound system usage must be paid either by the Client or the artist. The fee is variable depending on the needs of the event. 

Unless given permission, no guest may use, or move any equipment belonging to the DJ. The Client agrees to be fully liable for any damage to DJ's equipment during the event in case this is caused by attendees.

Often, we will take photos or video footage to be used for promotional purposes. If you object to this, please notify us in writing before the date of the event and no photos or videos will be taken.

Should the venue have sound/noise restrictions, we will endeavour to keep the noise below the threshold, and the Client agrees that we cannot be held responsible for any loss of enjoyment caused, and there shall be no complaints against the DJ.

For outdoor venues, in case of bad weather, the DJ reserves the right to stop the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or the audience. In addition to that, the Client agrees that the DJ cannot be held responsible for delays or interruptions in service caused by factors outside the DJ's control including but not limited to a venue or Client-caused delays, power outages, or acts of nature. 

The electronic form with your personal music preferences, playlists, and important songs must be filled out according to DJ's instructions and submitted at the latest two weeks before the wedding day.

Music from mobile phones, flash drives, or CDs is not acceptable during the DJ's performance and we cannot download music on-site. Also, we will not play music from Youtube. All the music planning and preparation have to be done in advance for the best possible flow of the event.

Postponement & Cancelation Policy

By either party, this agreement may only be cancelled via written email notice.

Cancellation by the Client for any reason will result in the loss of any deposit paid.

In the unlikely event that our company cancels the booking, we will inform the Client as soon as possible and shall make all reasonable attempts to find a suitable replacement. Should a suitable replacement not be found, the company agrees to refund the deposit to the Client.

In the case of postponement for any reason, the Client must notify us as soon as possible and in writing via email. Then, upon availability, we will transfer the deposit and the booking to the new date at no extra cost, if the new date is within one year of the initial date. 


Invoices will be issued and provided to the client on the day of the event.
