The DJ services include not only the actual DJ performance but also the music coverage for all the moments within the service time, as well as the audio equipment, microphone, and overall technical support for the event.
Terms And Conditions
The booking and cancellation policies constitute the entire agreement between our company and the Client. By signing the contract and booking our services, the Client agrees to the policy of PLM Events.
Booking Policy
Bookings are confirmed only after the contract has been signed and the required deposit has been received.
The deposit required for booking is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due no later than three (3) days before the event date.
For clarity and proper organization, all event details—including services, timings, requirements, and additional features—must be communicated and confirmed in writing via email.
The booking reserves the DJ and equipment exclusively for the date and venue specified in the contract. Separate bookings are required for any pre- or post-wedding events held on different dates.
The DJ provides musical entertainment, sound, and lighting equipment in accordance with the Client's selected package. Additional sound or lighting equipment may be provided upon request and at an additional cost.
Requests for extended performance time during the event will be accommodated only when feasible and subject to availability. Overtime is charged at €100 per hour and must be paid in cash at the time of the request.
If the Client has booked additional entertainers (such as singers or musicians) who require equipment or use the DJ's sound system, an equipment hire or system usage fee will apply. Fees vary depending on the event's technical requirements.
Guests are not permitted to use, handle, or move the DJ's equipment without prior approval. The Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests or attendees during the event.
Photos and/or video footage may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If the Client does not consent, this must be communicated in writing prior to the event date.
If the venue enforces sound restrictions, the DJ will comply with the permitted noise levels. The Client acknowledges that the DJ is not responsible for any reduction in volume or loss of enjoyment resulting from such restrictions.
For outdoor events, in the event of adverse weather conditions, the DJ reserves the right to suspend or stop the performance if safety risks arise for personnel, equipment, or guests. The DJ is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond his control.
The official music planning form—including personal preferences, playlists, and key songs—must be completed according to the DJ's instructions and submitted no later than two (2) weeks before the wedding date.
Music from mobile phones, flash drives, or CDs is not permitted during the DJ's performance. The DJ does not download music on-site or play music from YouTube. All music planning and preparation must be completed in advance to ensure a smooth and cohesive event flow.
Postponement & Cancelation Policy
This contract may be canceled by either party only through written notice sent via email.
Cancellation by the Client for any reason results in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
If the company is required to cancel the booking, the Client will be notified immediately, and all reasonable efforts will be made to secure a suitable replacement. If no suitable replacement can be found, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If the Client wishes to postpone the booking, written notification via email must be provided as soon as possible. If the new date is available and occurs within one (1) year of the original event date, the booking and deposit will be transferred at no additional cost.
